Prior to founding his company in 1975, Chuck Rader – a Louisville native – was a National and World Champion Professional Heavyweight Arm Wrestler. Achieving this success required superior skill, passion and determination.

Chuck brings these same qualities to his work and service to his customers.

Chris has been a full-time Firefighter serving the City of Jeffersontown for nearly 10 years. Chris worked with his father as a student and recently re-joined Chuck Rader as an estimator and manager.
